Imagine a black painting. You hear no sound, feel nothing and everything is all around you at once. That is what I imagine it is like being in space. Granted, you can see a lot of things and feel your immediate surroundings. However, your are so small and insignificant compared to the objects and things happening around you that you basically are nothing.
